- Why It Kicks Butt
Omega-3 (DHA + EPA) Supplement: 95%+ of mamas aren’t meeting their Omega-3 (DHA + EPA), Choline, Lutein, and Zeaxanthin needs. These nutrients work synergistically to support optimal egg health and fertility in mama, and optimal brain, nerve, and eye health in both mama and baby. Pregnancy and breastfeeding take a toll on mama, as the body gives up nutrient reserves to build baby. Baby's optimal brain, nerve, and eye development is supported by ample intake by mama from the start.
Prenatal Multi Powder: Contains all the vitamins, minerals, and botanicals needed for complete, comprehensive nourishment — many of the best nutrients are bulky and can’t fit into your 1- or 2-a-day prenatal capsules.
We include 200mcg of active B12 (most prenatals dose at 3% of optimal levels), 400mg of Choline (when paired with our Omega-3+ this provides the full 550 mg/day RDA), 4,000 IUs of Vitamin D3 (2-4x what others include), 900mcg DFE of methyl form of Folate, and minerals bound to Glycine for best absorption and digestive comfort.
What's not in our Prenatal Multi is as important as what is. You won't find: unnecessary fillers, poor nutrient forms like Folic Acid, unsustainably-sourced ingredients (like Vegan D3), high heavy metal loads, and nutrients better taken separately including Omega-3 and Iron.
Omega-3 (DHA + EPA) Supplement: Take 2 capsules daily alongside a meal. Or double your dose for extra nutrition when your levels are low, or if you are falling short on food consumption (fish for DHA + EPA, eggs and liver for Choline, eggs and 8+ servings per day of green leafy vegetables for Lutein and Zeaxanthin).
Prenatal Multi Powder: Mix two scoops into a smoothie or beverage of choice (fresh juice, nut or dairy milk) alongside a full meal. It can also be mixed into soft food like yogurt or oatmeal. We do not recommend cooking with the Multi Powder, or mixing it into foods or drinks when at a temperature that is too hot to eat/drink.
Since many of the nutrients are quite energizing, avoid consuming within five hours of bedtime. When transitioning from a less complete multi, start with ½ scoop, working your way up to two full scoops/day. Do not take the powder on an empty stomach or with only water or nut milk. A more substantial meal is recommended.
We designed our Prenatal Multi to be taken with our Omega-3, Collagen Protein, and Pre/Probiotic. Together, these products optimally nourish mama and baby before, during, and after pregnancy.
Prenatal Multi Essentials: Take three capsules daily with food, ideally in the morning or around lunchtime for optimal energy throughout the day.

Our Prenatal Multi Essentials includes 24 key nutrients for you and baby including: Methylfolate (B9) and 150mg of Choline for baby's brain and neurodevelopment, the two active forms of B12 for mama’s stress management and energy, active B6 for nausea and other daily pregnancy discomforts, and 2,000IU of Vitamin D3 to support baby's cell division and mama+baby's immune function. What's not in our Prenatal Multi Essentials is as important as what is.
