Why you’ll love it: Welcome to your first trimester: when you haven’t had a drop of alcohol, but wake up every morning with a hangover!

If pregnancy nausea is putting a downer on your day, reach for a cup of our best tea for morning sickness, Happy Mornings Tea. With a unique blend of organic herbs, this tea uses ginger, red raspberry leaf and spearmint to help settle the stomach, refresh and revive you for the day.

Unlike manufactured tea bags, this loose leaf morning sickness tea contains whole herbs that preserve the medicinal properties of each plant. This way, every sip ensures relief is delivered swiftly and reliably!

Why it kicks butt:

  • helps curtail morning sickness with 100% organic herbs

  • loose leaf tea preserves integrity of each plant

  • herbs in all our pregnancy teas are selected from the finest harvests of each year, and every batch is sifted by hand for quality

  • delicious hot or chilled

Directions: Add teaspoon of tea to every cup of hot water. Allow to steep for 1-2 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea. Sip your way to a merrier day!

Tips:

  • Use with tea strainer, if preferred.

  • For a stronger brew, steep longer. Note that a longer steep may result in bitterness (but hey, maybe that’s the way you like it!).

It works
I was suffering from bad case of nausea until I was 21 weeks. Nothing seemed to work. As soon as I started drinking the tea, my nausea disappeared. I am now 34 weeks and feeling good.

Happier Mornings for me!
I was desperate for anything to help with my morning sickness. I was put on meds and still throwing up, but once I got over that portion of my morning, I would sit in my office drink this tea and take it to meetings with me to get me through. By the time I was halfway through and slowly sipping it, I felt better. I hope it helps others- morning sickness is the worst!

Hooray for this Tea!
As one of those 'lucky' women whose morning sickness sticks around for the entire 9 months of pregnancy, this tea has been a very good friend to me. I add just a spoonful of honey to it and sip it slowly, and it helps calm my uneasy tummy. I've always been a fan of herbal teas, and this one is at the top of my list. :)

Happy Mornings Review
I LOVE this tea. It really helped me get over the nausea. I actually continued to drink it throughout my entire pregnancy. I am now buying some for my sister in law- hope it works just as well for her.

May not be helpful for those with hyperemesis
The tea is delicious, but wasn't too helpful as I have hyperemesis gravidarum (severe nausea & vomiting). I thought it may help, but it turns out I had to try several medicines before I found one that worked & allowed me to keep liquids down. I would recommend this this tea to women who don't have severe nausea & vomiting issues. Now that my sickness is better controlled I have began to drink the tea again.
