Not happy with your order?
We get it – not every product will be a perfect fit. That’s why we offer sample sizes so you can try products at a fraction of the cost. If you’re new to The Spoiled Mama or natural, organic skincare, we highly recommend a sample and a skin test before full-size purchases.
Return Policy
You may return items within 30 days of delivery. All returns, whether unopened or partially used, are subject to a 15% return processing fee. Refunds will be issued minus this fee, shipping costs, and any promotional discounts.
Return Guidelines
Unopened items: Eligible for a refund minus the 15% return processing fee. The outer seal must be intact.
Opened items (¾ full or more): Eligible for store credit or refund minus the 15% return processing fee. Bundles must be returned entirely; if the shrink-wrap isn’t intact, we can issue store credit if items are ¾ full or more.
Non-refundable items:
- Final sale items
- Discontinued products
- Partial gift set/bundle returns
- Sample sizes
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Products not yet received
How to Return – 3 Easy Steps
- Request an RMA # by entering your email and order number here.
- Ship your items within 30 days. Include your RMA # and reason for return. Wrap oil-based products securely to prevent leakage.
- We process your return as soon as it arrives. You will receive a refund or store credit minus the 15% return processing fee.
Always include a tracking number – we’re not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit.
Refund Timeline
Once received, returns may take up to 30 days to process. After processing, refunds typically appear in 3–7 days, depending on your bank.
