I got this toward the end of the time I had morning sickness (more of an all-day-worse-in-the-evenings thing for me), so I can't speak so much to effectiveness for that but it does seem to help with the residual nausea I'm still getting sometimes, and it's a lovely herbal tea besides so my household has been enjoying it with me. A bit pricy but a nicely balanced blend, I can taste each ingredient.

It’s an easy to make tea. I like mine warm.
