- How do I qualify for free shipping?
We are happy to offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all U.S. merchandise orders $50 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $50, there’s a delivery charge of $6.95 for standard ground shipping.
Please note this applies to addresses within the contiguous U.S., and offered to online orders at www.thespoiledmama.com only. Oversized boxes may incur an additional shipping fee.
- What shipping options are available?
We offer ground shipping and expedited services (3-Day Select, Second Day Air and Next Day Air). Expedited shipping is subject to product availability, credit card approval and an additional 2-3 business days for order processing.
For international Mamas, UPS and USPS shipping is available.
- Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses?
Hawaii and Alaska: Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii generally take 3-7 days, although remote areas may take a bit longer. Surcharges may apply. Some items are considered oversized when shipped express or overnight. If your qualifying order is shipped express, you will be charged an additional fee for 2-Day Select.
APO/FPO/DPO & P.O. Boxes: We ship to P.O. boxes, military and diplomatic addresses via USPS. Transit times vary based on location, and all orders will ship via USPS.
- How long will it take to receive my order? I’m in a Tummy Butter emergency!
Our warehouse is located in San Leandro, Calif., and generally takes 1-6 business days to arrive within the United States, depending on your location. Please refer to the map below for estimated transit times, and add 2-3 business days for order processing.
- Can I expedite my order? I needed my Bump Gloss, like, yesterday.
We’re happy to expedite any order! You may upgrade your shipping method at checkout; however, please note upgraded shipping expedites travel time, not order processing time.
Choose from standard ground shipping, 3-Day Select, Second Day Air and Next Day Air.* All orders, regardless of shipping method, are subject to a processing time of 2-3 business days, and are subject to availability and credit card approval.
*Next Day Air orders must be placed via phone with a customer service agent before 11 a.m. PST Monday-Friday, and is subject to product availability. Call us at 1-877-657-7645 from 8 a.m.- 4 p.m. PST Monday-Friday to place your order today!
- I entered the wrong shipping address, and need to reroute my package.
Once your package leaves our warehouse, it’s up to the mercy of the shipping gods. Depending on where it is, we may be able to request a reroute. Please note reroutes are a $12.50 fee, which is a direct charge from the angry shipping gods.
To reroute your package, contact us immediately with your name, order number and new address information. To avoid rerouting fees, we strongly encourage customers to double-check their order information and confirmation email when placing orders.
- What happens to my refused or undeliverable packages?
All undelivered packages due to incorrect name, apartment #, address, or not present/failure to claim, will be refunded. Your refund will not include any delivery and return shipping fees The Spoiled Mama has incurred in sending the products out to you.

- Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we love spoiling Mamas all over the world! To get your shipping estimate, enter the desired products to your cart and address at checkout.
- Will there by customs or brokerage fees for my international order?
Import duties, brokerage fees, taxes and charges may be added to international orders outside the United States. Customs regulations vary from every country. To inquire about potential fees, please contact your country's customs office before placing your Spoiled Mama order.
Additional charges, if applicable, will be the buyer's responsibility. You may also contact The Spoiled Mama customer service for more details regarding quotes on duties and taxes.
Holiday Schedule & Shipping Guide
We work hard, play hard. That’s why a couple times a year, our office & warehouse closes so we can play with our kids, call grandma, and get some housekeeping done.

Wednesday, November 23 (Day Before Thanksgiving)
Normal shipping day. Most orders placed before 3 p.m. EST will ship out same day. UPS Next Day Air packages shipped today will be delivered on Friday, November 25. Keep in mind that UPS 2nd Day Air packages shipping today won't be delivered until Monday, Nov. 28 unless you choose the Saturday delivery box.
