Spoiled Mamas Custom Sitz Bath blend uses the Organic herbs, Shepherds Purse, Yarrow, Rosemary, and Golden Seal for their healing and restorative capabilities. We have also added the soothing, styptic and anti-bacterial Calendula, Chickweed, Marshmallow Root, Plantain, and Chamomile. When used in a warm bath, this will help stimulate blood flow to help soothe and heal the perineal area after birth and help fight infection. In place of a bath and to keep swelling to a minimum, place the filled muslin bag directly on perineum area either warm or frozen.
