We get it – not every product will be a perfect fit. That’s why we offer sample sizes so you can try products at a fraction of the cost. If you’re new to The Spoiled Mama or natural, organic skincare, we highly recommend a sample and a skin test before full-size purchases.

Return Policy 

You may return items within 30 days of delivery. All returns, whether unopened or partially used, are subject to a 15% return processing fee . Refunds will be issued minus this fee, shipping costs, and any promotional discounts.

Return Guidelines

Unopened items: Eligible for a refund minus the 15% return processing fee. The outer seal must be intact.

Opened items (¾ full or more): Eligible for store credit or refund minus the 15% return processing fee. Bundles must be returned entirely; if the shrink-wrap isn’t intact, we can issue store credit if items are ¾ full or more.

Non-refundable items:

• Final sale items
• Discontinued products
• Partial gift set/bundle returns
• Sample sizes
• Free gifts or promotional items
• Products not yet received

How to Return – 3 Easy Steps

1. Request an RMA # by entering your email and order number here .
2. Ship your items within 30 days. Include your RMA # and reason for return. Wrap oil-based products securely to prevent leakage.
3. We process your return as soon as it arrives. You will receive a refund or store credit minus the 15% return processing fee .

Always include a tracking number – we’re not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit.

Refund Timeline

Once received, returns may take up to 30 days to process. After processing, refunds typically appear in 3–7 days , depending on your bank.
