- How do I create an account?
Visit this link to set up a Spoiled Mama account, or find it at the top of any page on our site. Once set up, you'll be able to log all new orders and track shipments from here. You will also automatically be enrolled in our VIP Rewards program, which will earn you points for every $1 you spend!
- How do I sign in?
Visit this link to sign in to your Spoiled Mama account, or find it at the top of any page on our site. Once logged in, you'll be able to view any past or processing orders, and track shipments.
- Help, I can't sign in!
It happens to the best of us, Mama. But don't worry, we're here to help. Please reset your password.
- Why should I join VIP Rewards?
VIP Rewards is the best way to get the Spoiled Mama treatment! Earn points towards future purchases on our site just by shopping, referring a friend or even following us on social media. You can use points to earn discounts on purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.

- How do I join VIP Rewards?
Customers with store accounts are automatically enrolled. If you don't have one, create a store account to join today.
- How do I earn points?
You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points click the *Earn Points* tab in the menu.
- Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!
- How do I check my balance?
Log in to your store account. Your point balance is on every page in the top bar.
- How do I redeem my rewards?
Log in to your store account. Select the tab called "Redeem Points." Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward.
- Can I split my rewards voucher over multiple purchases?
Unfortunately, our platform does not support this. Each voucher must be used in one purchase.
- What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'canceled' statuses mean?
Approved: These points can be redeemed for rewards immediately
Pending: These points are needed to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals
Canceled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to canceled).
- What happens to my points if I receive a refund or return the purchase?
If you return an order or receive a refund, points will automatically be removed from your stash. But don't worry, you can earn them back with your next purchase!
- What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?
Your pending points will become canceled and will be removed from your account.
- Why did my account balance go down?
You, or someone you referred, canceled or returned a purchase.
- I completed an activity but didn't earn points!
It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.
- Can I use my points during checkout?
Not directly. Please redeem your points for a voucher which can then be applied during checkout.
- How do I leave the program?
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll un-enroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.
- What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. Please note your point total will begin from zero again.
