Easy Returns & Exchanges
I'm not happy with the product I ordered.
We get it – not everyone will love every product, even if we do. That is why we offer sample sizes of most of our products, so you’re able to try something out for a fraction of the cost. We highly recommend getting a sample size of a product if you’re new to The Spoiled Mama or natural and organic skin care. We highly encourage you to do a skin test prior to ordering full size products.
What items can I return and how easy is it?
You may return products within 30 days. All unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. (Note: if your product arrives damaged, please contact customer service immediately.)
.....and we won’t take it personally, but can’t promise we won’t cry ourselves to sleep at night.
What if my item is UNOPENED, and in original condition:
- If your product is unopened with its outer seal (shrink-wrap) intact, you may be eligible for a money-back return*.
What if my item is OPEN, and at least ¾ full:
- If your product is open or partially used (¾ full), you may be eligible for store credit only to our online store. Store credits may be used towards other merchandise or a gift certificate for a lucky friend! Bundles must be returned entirely with all products shrink-wrapped to be eligible for a refund. If shrink-wrap is not intact for any items in returned bundles, we are happy to issue store credit as long as the products are at least 3/4 full.
What items are non-refundable?
- Opened, used containers without outer seal (shrink-wrap).
- Items marked as final sale.
- Discontinued items.
- Partial return of gift sets/bundles*.
- Sample sizes.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
- Products from orders you have not received.
1) Request a return merchandise authorization number (RMA #) by entering your email and order number here.
2) Ship your approved return back to our warehouse within 30 days of the date it was received. In order to receive a full refund, items must be unopened with outer seal (shrink-wrap) intact and have an (RMA) return authorization number. If open or partially used (¾ full), you may be eligible for store credit only to our online store.
3) Once we receive your package safely at our warehouse, we will notify you via email and promptly process your refund or issue your store credit.
Your return checklist:
- Receive an authorized RMA #
- Wrap all oil-based products in a sealed back to prevent leakage in shipment.
- Send back items within 30 days of receiving the package. Include the reason for return + authorized RMA # in your return package.
- Include a tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items in transit.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once received, returns may take up to 30 days to process. Once processed by our return specialist it may take 3-7 days depending on your banking institution to reflect your statement.

*Please note you are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be the purchase price, minus shipping and other charges. If you received free shipping with your original order or any other promotional discount, the value of those discounts will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
