Our Statement on Racism
To all our Mama's & Papa's,
As we struggle to make sense of everything going on in the world right now like yours, our hearts are broken as we continue to be reminded of the unfortunate struggles some of our segments of society are constantly being subjected to. We at The Spoiled Mama continue to stand in support with our African American brothers and sisters both home and abroad as well as our brothers and sisters from our Asian, Hispanic, Indian and all other people of color communities. As stated by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.”
The Spoiled Mama has always been and will always be a company - with a diverse team of people behind it - that stands for inclusivity. Our community of Mamas is incredibly diverse and we’re so grateful for all of your voices.
As mothers, fathers, grandparents and caregivers, we learn that one of the most powerful things we can do with our children is listen. This skill comes to the forefront today. While we don’t have all the answers, we’re listening and learning more on how we together can support equality.
We know this isn’t enough, but we have been donating a portion of our proceeds from all sales to The George Floyd Memorial Fund and other social reform programs.
I know this is a hard conversation to have for some, but for others it’s a harsh reality. We at The Spoiled Mama want to be a part of the solution, and understand that it’s our responsibility to speak out against the systemic racism, white supremacy, and police brutality happening right in front of our eyes.

Internally, we’re taking steps to provide a space for conversation, education, and listening. Externally, we’re listening, learning, supporting, and standing with you.
With love,
Tamara Johnson, founder & Mama
