Witch hazel: Native Americans have been savvy to the power of witch hazel for ages. Used topically, witch hazel eases inflammation and minor burns. To naturally to get sunburn relief while pregnant, soak a cotton ball with witch hazel (our favorite brand is Thayer's Alcohol-Free Toner) and lightly immediately pat on the affected area.
